Discover the Ricote Valley

The activity takes place in the area known as the Ricote Valley. It starts in Cieza at its iron bridge, passing through the town of Abarán and ending in Blanca. During the route we will pass through rapids, water slides such as the Mejut dam and areas of great biodiversity very well preserved. In addition, from the Rafting you can see the remains of the Mozarabic past of our region.

What does the activity include?

The activity includes, in addition to the rafting, a photographic report in the most beautiful areas of the river, as a monitor will be taking photos along the way so that at the end we can take them with us on a pen drive.

When do you have lunch?

At the beginning of the walk, the children will give us their backpacks which we will carry in our support van, so that we can have lunch just before starting the activity in the park of Cieza or halfway in the Jarral area, which is a place where we always have lunch during the summer. It all depends on what the teachers or the school are most interested in.

Where does the activity start?

River route from Cieza to Blanca, we offer you the longest descent, 14.5 km. full of adventure, fun and nature for you to enjoy as never before. Approximate duration 3.4 to 4 hours.

Where does the activity end?

The Segura river adventure ends in Blanca, at the Canoe Club. We have the best facilities on the Segura river, where we stop at a jetty just three metres from the river. There we have complete facilities with changing rooms and showers for boys and girls, as well as more than 200 lockers for you to leave your backpacks.

Is the activity safe?

More than 10,000 children have done the activity with us. The river is completely safe and the only concern is to have an amazing day.

Do you only offer Rafting?

We also have more than 50 single kayaks and double kayaks, as well as two types of Banana. This type of boat is also very fun and safe but can only be done by children over 16 years old.

What is the price?

The adventure has a very popular price, if children bring their lunch and Bus, the activity from 6 to 12 years old is priced at 12 euros. If they don't bring their lunch we can do it for only 2 euros per child. In the case of children from 16 years of age who want to do the activity in kayak, Rafting or Banana the price is 16 euros when they bring their own bus and lunch.
If lunch is provided by us, the price is 2 euros more per child.
